Its original structure gives enough bending fatigue against longitudinal direction and stiffness against width direction.

  • Feature

    ① The choice of cleats in accordance with an angle of inclination is available.

    T-type & K-type are as standard types and TC-type is as Special type. Select T-type for the angle of inclination less than 45°and K-type for more than 45°(Contact us for details) ※ Flange is reinforced with reinforcement canvas in case its height should be more than 90mm

    ② No skirt board for spillage of material carried is required

    S-shape flange and belt itself are integrated, and no skirt board seen on the conventional belts is required.
    Therefore, any partial abrasion by the skirt board on the belt can be avoided.
